We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, self-starter for our entry-level role as Web Content Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this position is to create and maintain web product pages for Blick, Utrecht and other marketplace websites. You will report to the Web Content Manager as well as work closely with Web Content Specialists, Merchandisers, Copywriters, Image Techs, and Project Scheduler to provide the best possible content to our customers. You will also assist with a variety of projects and tasks to help keep the website up-to-date and functioning at its highest levels. The web team is an essential part of the company’s business strategy and growth objectives, and the person in this role will have the opportunity to have an impact in this area.
Responsibilities:
• Build, update, and maintain product pages using our content management system (CMS).
• Develop subject-matter expertise on assigned product categories.
• Follow style and formatting guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate through our project management tool to meet deadlines and coordinate with teammates.
• Research product data using internal and external tools and resources to make informed content decisions.
• Help identify and resolve content gaps or errors that could impact customer experience.
• Support other digital content initiatives and projects as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years previous work experience in a digital content, mercahndising, or ecommerce environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong sense of importance for and ability to follow procedures.
• Proven capacity to follow established workflows and processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as being responsive to the needs of other team members/departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for basic data review and entry.
• Experience with a CMS platform is a plus.
• Understanding SEO concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of art materials a plus.
Pay Rate:
The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
• $18.25 per hour + Incentives
