The Credit Department Receptionist will be expected to perform multiple duties to assist in the Credit Department, including answering incoming Department calls, processing credit applications for review by Credit Manager, and other clerical duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Answering the Credit Department phone calls and providing assistance to callers
  
• Processing commercial credit applications by contacting trade/bank references for decisioning by Credit Manager
  
• Pulling third party credit reports as needed
  
• Assisting credit associates with providing invoice copies (including proforma), proofs of delivery, and other requested documentation.
• Input credit limit decisions in the CW system DARI
• Process, stamp, scan and save vouchers
• Provide retail store receipts from the XAdmin system
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalency is preferred
• Must be well-organized and able to work in a team environment
• Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required
• Customer service phone skills required

Pay Rate:

The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
