About the Role:
Blick proudly supports a diverse community of customers, including government agencies, not for profit organizations, businesses, and professional artists. The Business Account Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to these customers by providing quotes, contracts, and open account support—all with the goal of building trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience, and seeking opportunities that benefit both the customer and the organization. While much of the work is service-driven and relationship-focused, you will also contribute to thoughtful account growth through customer follow-up, outreach, and participation in trade shows and events.

 

This position is primarily in-office, with occasional hybrid days and light travel. It offers a stable, salaried compensation structure with annual bonus and opportunities for professional growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable, responsive pre-order support including quotes, product information, and account setup
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for business account customers, ensuring timely and accurate assistance
  • Conduct customer outreach via phone and email to strengthen relationships and support account development
  • Review account activity to identify opportunities to better support customer needs
  • Represent Blick at trade shows and events (some lifting required, infrequent overnight travel)
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8a to 4:30p with Overtime as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, art, or related field), or
    • Associate’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or
    • High school diploma with 5 years of related experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a clear customer-service mindset
  • Professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Solid typing, 10-key, math, and basic analytical skills

Pay Rate:
The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

  • $48,000-$54,000 per year, negotiable based on experience, plus incentives
